Ingredients
For Mango Rabri
- 1 litre full-fat milk
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 8-10 saffron strands
- 1 tablespoon warm milk (for saffron)

- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- Few mango cubes

Instructions
Step 1: Soak the Saffron
Place saffron strands in warm milk.
Allow them to soak for 10 minutes.
Set aside.
Step 2: Reduce the Milk
Pour full-fat milk into a heavy-bottomed pan.
Bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the flame and simmer.
Continue stirring occasionally while scraping the cream from the sides back into the milk.
Cook until the milk reduces to nearly half its original quantity.
Step 3: Add Sugar
Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
