Ingredients

For Mango Barfi

  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 2 cups milk powder
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons ghee

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Tray

Grease a square plate or tray with a little ghee.

Line it with butter paper if desired.

Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Mango Pulp

Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame.

Add mango pulp and cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring continuously.
