Return is defined as the act of giving back the item purchased by the customer on the Malda Mango website.
A refund request can be made by the customer in the event of any of the following situations
- The ordered item is lost or damaged in transit or the product was/was missing.
- Item ordered is/are over their expiry date (in case of printed expiry date)
- The wrong item was/was received.
- A damaged product or product seal is broken.
- Part / Accessory Missing / Item Not Compatible
- Vendor description/specification is incorrect
- Faulty (functional issues)
- Distributed in small quantities by Malda Mango
If any of the above cases are found to be true, Malda Mango can either resend the missing/genuine product or initiate refund equal to the cost of the missing/genuine product as per the invoice.
We encourage the customer to review the listing before making a purchase decision. Malda Mango will not be entitled for any return/refund if the Customer orders the wrong item.
In case of any missing or misplaced product, the customer has to place the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
If the wrong product is/are delivered, you must send the product to us, and we will promptly send a replacement or initiate a refund.
In the event of a product missing, we will send you the missing product or initiate a refund.
All items to be returned must not be used and all original tags and packaging intact in their original condition and must not be tampered with or broken.
If the seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer must return the product. Then the refund will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 to 10 working days on your credit card, net banking, debit card or as per the transaction initiated.
Refunds will be processed only after a quality check of the product by Malda Mango experts.
All orders/sub orders canceled as per the payment mode opted by the customer will be refunded except C.O.D./Cheque payment mode, where the refund will be processed through cheque.
Charges displayed on the Site include the cost of the product and service charges for payment. Convenience charges and shipping charges will be levied extra as applicable. Similarly, for any applicable refund, the full amount charged is refunded.
For defects reported on products with the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer must contact the respective service center of the manufacturer, respectively. Malda Mango will not be responsible for any refund claim on the part of the customer in such a case.
Malda Mango reserves the right to cancel/cross-verify any order placed using a credit card that has an international billing address.
Malda Mango reserves the right to cancel any order placed that is not available, out of stock, or in short supply.

Some of the products displayed on the Site may attract octroi duty. These charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer. In case of cancellation of the order, the octroi duty levied will not be refunded. Customers may be subject to octroi charges during delivery, and these charges are non-refundable.
We as merchants at Malda Mango shall not be under any liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the refusal of authorization for any transaction, reciprocal with our acquisition by the Cardholder. Banks from time to time on account of exceeding the pre-determined limits as agreed.
Malda Mango shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of the goods due to natural calamities or any reason beyond the control of the Company and shall not be liable or liable for any violation of local or international laws that may be committed by you. Huh. Visit this website and/or transact.
If payment has been processed by the Seller/seller for the returned product, the refund amount will be credited to your credit/debit card account and duly notified by email to your email address provided at the time of registration.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Full Order” link under the “My Account” menu, and click the “Return Item” button. We will notify you via email of your refund once the returned item is received and processed.
If Seller/Seller declines Buyer’s return request, and Buyer raises a dispute, Malda Mango will attempt to mediate and resolve the dispute.
