Totapuris are common in size with prominent beaks and are about 6-8 inches long. The rind of the fruit is thick and green, yellow, or an imaginary combination of these colors, but is inedible. Surrounded by pulp is a central large seed that is light to bright yellow in color. Totapuri mango has a rich romantic flavor and is delicious with a mix of sweetness and acidity. It is an excellent source of vitamins A and C.
